Aboot Play is dedicated to the people, events and groups that are actively engaging Canadians in all manners of play. We define play as including (but not limited to) video games, urban games, ARGs, LARPs and table top gaming, as well as anything else that may qualify. We all come from different backgrounds, but we all love to play. Let good times unite us all!

Ryan Couldrey's a photographer and online content producer for the CBC, and a photographer and aficionado of good times outside of the 9-5 grind. He conceived Aboot Play as a means turning his addictions around and using them to help others find fun in Canada. Nadine Lessio is an artist and designer from Toronto Canada. She has a thing for glitchy music, traveling, and tiny wireless devices. When not making GUIs, or websites she keeps herself busy with a set of paint brushes and an array of games for her DS. She has a general wish that everyday commuting was more like Mario Kart.

Rick Weiss has been gaming for as long as he can remember. From the first time he played Atari 2600 he's been hooked. A long time PC and console video game player, he's an occasional D&Der, plays the odd game of Magic:TG and has a Chaos Space Marines army, somewhere in his parents' garage. Favorite board games include Chess, Risk 2210 and Settlers of Catan. He doesn't have an Xbox 360, PS3, or Wii, but gets enough use of his PS2 and DS. Find him on Steam as Riko_27.
